We have advised local and central government bodies as well as non-governmental organizations, offering tailored approaches that blend fresh perspectives with seasoned expertise. Leadership

Tregerma is led by Dukagjin Bakija, an urban planner and researcher with over 15 years of experience in sustainable city development. His expertise spans sustainable mobility, climate-smart initiatives, energy policy, and spatial planning. Since co-founding Tregerma in 2023, Dukagjin has successfully guided projects in transport, energy, climate, and urban planning, partnering with organizations such as Arup, Transport Community, UNDP, GIZ, and local authorities in Kosovo. His leadership ensures that Tregerma’s work is grounded in evidence-based strategies and aligned with international best practices.
